Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Requirements Previous experience working with SEN children (school or care setting). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
